How it works
You tell us the role. Within 10 days, we hand you 3 pre vetted candidates, already screened for skills, experience, and fit with your team's working style. You interview, you choose, we handle the rest of the process, including offer support and onboarding coordination.
Pricing
Success fee only. You pay a percentage of the hire's first year salary, starting at USD 3,000 per successful hire. No placement, no fee. A deposit is collected to secure the search and is applied directly to your success fee, so if we don't deliver, you're not out any additional money.
