A: We are committed to long-term success. If a candidate leaves or doesn’t meet expectations within the first 90 days, we will manage a full replacement search at zero additional cost to you.
Q: Is there an upfront cost for Select Recruitment?
A: Select Recruitment requires a 50% Engagement Deposit to activate your search, this is applied directly toward your success fee. The remaining 50% is due only when your ideal candidate signs the offer letter. Your deposit is fully refunded if ATB is unable to deliver a shortlist within the agreed timeline.
Q: What is the average "Time-to-Hire" with ATB?
A: For standard roles, we deliver 3 interview-ready, pre-vetted candidates within 10 business days. Specialized or Executive roles typically take 15 to 21 days due to our rigorous deep-vetting process.
