REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy supplements and forms part of ATB's Service Terms and Placement Agreement (Terms and Conditions), available at americastalentbridge.com/terms-and-conditions. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Service Terms and Placement Agreement, the Service Terms and Placement Agreement governs.
1. General Principle
All fees paid to Americas Talent Bridge LLC ("ATB") are non-refundable except where explicitly required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise in this Policy or in a signed written agreement between ATB and the Client. This reflects the fact that ATB's fees compensate real, time-bound work — sourcing, screening, assessment, and coordination — that begins as soon as an engagement is confirmed, regardless of the ultimate hiring outcome.
2. Refund Treatment by Plann
Select Recruitment
50% Engagement Deposit is due upon agreement and is non-refundable once ATB has commenced sourcing activities, regardless of whether the Client proceeds to hire. If ATB fails to deliver a shortlist within the agreed timeline due to causes attributable to ATB, the Engagement Deposit is fully refunded.
Recruiting Subscription
Billed monthly. No partial-month or full-month refunds are issued once a billing period has commenced. Cancel anytime with 15 calendar days' written notice to stop future billing.
Payroll & Talent Operations
Monthly invoices based on contractor payroll volume are non-refundable once the corresponding billing cycle's services have been rendered.
Executive & Specialized Search
Deposit and refund terms are confirmed in writing in the separate engagement brief at the start of the engagement and follow the same non-refundability principle once search activities have commenced.
Referral Partner
Not applicable, referral commissions are paid to the referring party, not refunded by ATB.
3. When a Refund Is Issued
A refund (full or partial, as applicable) will be issued in the following circumstances:
ATB fails to deliver a shortlist within the agreed timeline for a Select Recruitment engagement, for reasons attributable to ATB — the Engagement Deposit is fully refunded.
ATB is unable to begin contracted services after payment has been collected, due to reasons within ATB's control.
A refund is required under applicable consumer-protection or other law that cannot be waived by agreement.
Outside of these circumstances, and once sourcing, search, or billing-cycle services have commenced, fees are considered earned and are not refunded.
4. Cancellations
4.1 Recruiting Subscription
The Client may cancel at any time by providing written notice to ATB at least 15 calendar days before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not entitle the Client to a refund for the billing period already in progress or already invoiced.
4.2 Select Recruitment
Cancellation after sourcing activities have commenced does not entitle the Client to a refund of the 50% Engagement Deposit. If cancellation occurs before sourcing has commenced, the Client should contact ATB directly to discuss options.
4.3 Payroll & Talent Operations and Executive Search
Cancellation terms follow the schedule confirmed in writing at the start of the engagement. Invoiced amounts for services already rendered are non-refundable.
5. Late Payments and Suspension
Refunds are not issued for periods during which services were suspended due to a Client's failure to pay outstanding invoices within the agreed term, consistent with Section 4.4 of ATB's Service Terms and Placement Agreement.
6. How to Request a Refund
Where a refund may apply under the circumstances described in Section 3 above, Clients should submit a request in writing at americastalentbridge.com/contact-us, including the engagement or invoice details and the reason for the request. ATB will review the request and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer) where possible.
7. Currency and Fees
All fees are denominated in U.S. Dollars (USD). Any refund issued will be processed in USD; ATB is not responsible for currency conversion differences or fees charged by the Client's bank or payment provider upon receipt.
8. Changes to This Policy
ATB reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes affecting active Clients will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice, consistent with the amendments provision of our Service Terms and Placement Agreement. Continued use of ATB's services after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
