AMERICAS TALENT BRIDGE LLC

PRIVACY POLICY

Wyoming, United States | americastalentbridge.com

This Privacy Policy explains how Americas Talent Bridge LLC ("ATB", "we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with our website (americastalentbridge.com), our recruitment and workforce management services, and our interactions with clients, candidates, and website visitors.

This Policy should be read together with our Service Terms and Placement Agreement (Terms and Conditions), which governs the contractual relationship between ATB and its Clients/Partners. Where the two documents overlap on data-handling matters, this Policy provides the fuller explanation of our practices.

1. Who This Policy Applies To

This Policy applies to three categories of individuals:

  • Candidates — bilingual LATAM-based professionals who apply, are sourced, or are otherwise presented for potential roles through ATB.

  • Clients / Partners — the businesses and individuals who engage ATB's recruitment, payroll coordination, or executive search services.

  • Website Visitors — anyone who browses americastalentbridge.com, regardless of whether they become a Candidate or Client.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information Candidates Provide

  • Contact details (name, email, phone number, location/time zone).

  • Professional information (resume/CV, work history, education, certifications, portfolio links, LinkedIn profile).

  • Language proficiency and assessment results (technical, behavioral, and English-proficiency evaluations conducted as part of our screening process).

  • Compensation expectations and availability.

  • Information voluntarily shared during interviews or onboarding coordination.

2.2 Information Clients Provide

  • Company and contact information (business name, point-of-contact name, email, phone, billing address).

  • Role requirements, compensation budgets, and internal hiring criteria shared during intake.

  • Payment information processed through Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer (ATB does not itself store full card numbers or bank credentials — these are handled by our payment processors).

  • Feedback on candidates, interview notes, and hiring decisions communicated to ATB.

2.3 Information Collected Automatically (Website Visitors)

  • Cookies and similar technologies used to operate the website and, where accepted, to personalize the browsing experience for statistical or marketing purposes, consistent with the Cookies section of our Terms and Conditions.

  • Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected through our website hosting and analytics tools.

3. How We Use Personal Information

ATB collects and processes only the personal data reasonably necessary to deliver recruitment, payroll-coordination, and related services. We use personal information to:

  • Source, screen, assess, and present candidates to Clients for open roles.

  • Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and (where contracted) contractor payment administration.

  • Communicate with Clients and Candidates about the status of an engagement or application.

  • Issue invoices, receipts, and process payments for services rendered.

  • Operate, secure, and improve our website.

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions, including the candidate attribution and non-circumvention provisions described in that Agreement.

ATB does not sell candidate or client personal data to third parties.

4. How We Share Information

We disclose personal information only where necessary to deliver our services or as required by law:

  • With Clients — Candidate profiles, assessment summaries, and interview coordination details are shared with the Client(s) actively considering that candidate.

  • With service providers — Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Mercury/COLUMN NA banking), scheduling tools, and hosting/website providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

  • With affiliates or successors — In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, consistent with the Assignment provision of our Terms and Conditions.

  • As required by law — Where disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, or respond to a lawful request from public authorities.

We do not share candidate or client data with unrelated third-party recruiting firms without consent.

5. International Data Transfers

Because ATB's operations connect U.S.-based Clients with LATAM-based Candidates, personal data may be processed and stored across borders — including in the United States and in Latin American countries — as a normal part of service delivery. We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to safeguard personal information during such transfers and while it is stored.

6. Data Retention

  • Candidate data is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to support active and prospective placements, and is deleted upon a candidate's written request, subject to any legal or contractual retention obligations.

  • Client data is retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with accounting, tax, and legal obligations.

  • Website analytics and cookie data are retained according to the settings of the underlying tools used to operate the site.

7. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to help operate and personalize the browsing experience, consistent with the Cookies section of our Terms and Conditions. Required cookies do not need consent because they are necessary for the website to function; optional cookies used for statistical or marketing purposes may be accepted or declined by the visitor. Accepting required cookies also means accepting any third-party cookies associated with third-party services embedded on the site (for example, embedded video players).

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and relationship with ATB, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or to object to certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at americastalentbridge.com/contact-us. We aim to respond to all data-related inquiries within 10 business days.

9. Regulatory Note

ATB is a growing company, and our formal data-handling policies and infrastructure are in active development. We do not represent full compliance with any specific regulatory framework (such as the GDPR, CCPA, or HIPAA) unless such compliance has been independently verified and documented in writing. Clients with specific contractual data-compliance requirements — for example, enterprise or regulated-industry clients — should raise those requirements with ATB directly before engagement so that appropriate arrangements can be discussed.

10. Data Security

ATB takes reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and ATB cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's Privacy

ATB's services are directed at working professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.

12. Changes to This Policy

ATB may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. Material changes affecting active Clients will be communicated with reasonable advance notice, consistent with the amendments provision of our Terms and Conditions. Continued use of our website or services after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
