Job Description
We're building our team for 2027. We're growing our pool of bookkeepers for U.S. companies starting in early 2027. If you want long-term remote work with a U.S. team, on hours close to your own, we'd love to meet you.
What you'll do
Record and categorize transactions
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Support month-end close and prepare basic financial reports
Work closely with U.S. finance and accounting teams
What we're looking for
2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Experience with QuickBooks Online, Xero or similar tools
Good knowledge of U.S. bookkeeping practices
Strong English, written and spoken
Organized, detail-oriented and reliable with deadlines
Available to work U.S. business hours

100% remote, from Colombia or anywhere in Latin America
