Pricing
Custom pricing based on the scope and seniority of the role. You pay a percentage of the hire's first year total compensation, between 20% and 25%, typically starting at USD 8,000. Because every executive search has different requirements, market conditions, and timelines, we scope pricing individually with each client before starting the search, so there are no surprises.
