Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to support our international recruitment operations by sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent across Latin America. Reporting to a Senior Recruiter, this role will play a key part in building candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless experience for both applicants and clients.
This is an entry-level, execution-driven role — ideal for students or early-career professionals studying Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, International Relations, or Communications who are eager to gain hands-on experience in global recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate language skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and pipelines updated.
- Support the creation of job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials.
- Provide timely feedback and communication to candidates throughout the process.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency (English & Spanish) – written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards) is a plus.
- Comfortable with remote work and digital communication tools (Zoom, Slack, Notion, etc.).
- Preferred academic background: Currently studying or recently graduated in:
- Human Resources
- Business Administration
- Psychology
- International Business
- Industrial Engineering
- Communications or related careers
Nice-to-Have:
- Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or customer-facing roles.
- Interest in international business, tech industry, or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with U.S. work culture and hiring practices.
